Extension fitting planned from late October
Hair extension fitting at Hello Beauty Salon in Edinburgh is planned from late October 2026. It is not available today. You can register your interest by contacting the salon, but please do not book a haircut, colour or styling appointment expecting that booking to include new extension installation. Those are different services, and the distinction matters when you are choosing an appointment.
If you already wear extensions, we do offer cuts, colour and styling for hair with extensions in. These appointments are listed in our live menu with an “Extensions Hair” variation. That variation describes the hair we are working with; it does not mean that we supply or fit a new set of extensions. The current care options and their live prices are set out below, separately from the fitting service planned for later in October.
Extensions can add length or volume and change the balance of a hairstyle. Choosing an extension method also involves your natural hair, the appearance you want and the care involved. Our planned fitting service will be explained clearly when it becomes available. Until then, enquiries are welcome, but this page is not a fitting price list and does not promise that an installation appointment can be booked now.
Available today: care for hair with extensions
Our existing-extension appointments cover the services shown in the current booking catalogue. For a cut, use the regular haircut or restyle option and its Extensions Hair tier. A regular haircut and a restyle are named separately in the menu: choose the item that reflects the appointment you want, rather than using a fitting enquiry as a substitute. Both of these catalogue items include a wash and signature blow dry.
Colour options also have genuine Extensions Hair tiers. The menu includes roots regrowth, full head colour, highlights and balayage or air touch. You can explore our hair colouring services, including balayage Edinburgh, before selecting the relevant existing-extension variation. These are colour appointments for hair that already has extensions in, not a colour-match and fitting package for new extensions.

The prices above are read from the same live catalogue as our current price list. They are prices for the named care appointments only. They do not include supplying or installing new extensions, and they should not be used to estimate the forthcoming fitting service. Where you need a different colour or styling option, check that item’s actual Extensions Hair variation in the menu rather than assuming that one price covers every service.
Styling and bridal appointments are available for clients who already wear extensions too. The bridal combination shown above is the existing catalogue item for the bride; it is not an extension fitting package. For an appointment available today, use the current menu or ask us which listed option matches your enquiry.
Planned methods, not bookable fitting services
Our plans for fitting include tape-in, micro-ring and nano-ring, and weft extensions using 100% Remy human hair. These are descriptions of the planned offering, not methods being fitted at the salon today. The planned process includes a separate consultation and in-salon colour match before fitting, followed by cutting and blending the extension hair. Final bookable options will be published at launch rather than implied by an existing haircut appointment.
Tape-in extensions use sections of hair, while ring methods involve individual attachments and wefts use wider sections. If a particular method interests you, mention it in your enquiry. We are deliberately not publishing fitting appointment lengths, refit intervals or fitting prices before launch. The information for those appointments needs to describe the service that is actually available, rather than a general estimate that could be mistaken for a confirmed booking.
